In-home or in-office consultations and measurements are provided at no cost, with no obligation to purchase. A knowledgeable consultant generally visits within 1–3 days of your request.
Custom-Made Products
Every product we sell is custom-manufactured to fit your specific windows. Because of this, all sales are final. Products are not returnable or refundable except where there is a defect in workmanship or functionality, which is covered under warranty. Please contact us right away if you have any issue with your window treatments.
Estimated Production Timelines
- Blinds: approximately 12–14 business days
- Shades: approximately 12–22 business days
- Shutters: approximately 4½–6 weeks, depending on quantity
- Drapery: approximately 12–20 business days
These are estimates from time of order to installation completion; actual timelines can vary by manufacturer and order volume.
Installation
Installation is performed by insured, bonded contract installers. Installation and shipping charges are itemized on your estimate and are not marked up by us. Self-installation is also available if you prefer.
Warranty
Every product comes with a lifetime warranty directly from the manufacturer; motorized components are warranted for 5 years. We handle all warranty matters with the manufacturer – including shipping and handling – for as long as you own the product.
Price Match
We will match or beat a documented competitive bid on like-quality window treatments and products.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments), checks, cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Commercial Services
We offer blinds, roller shades, and sunscreen shades for commercial and business applications, in addition to residential work.
